If anything, no one can say that Zynga doesn't routinely release content in Cafe World. Case in point: a new appliance-of-sorts has been released to the game this evening, along with a new set of goals. The goal series will teach us all about the art of making pasta, as Mama Gianna has come to your cafe long enough to help you out. Of course, you'll unlock plenty of new Pasta dishes as you complete these goals, so let's get started on our guide.
Pasta Party
Place the Pasta Maker
Serve 10 Tony's Pizza
Collect 7 Cloves of Garlic
The Pasta Maker is the new appliance in question, and we'll bring you a complete guide to building it later today you can check out our guide to building it right here. In the meantime, just serve 10 slices of Tony's Pizza, along with asking your friends for the Cloves of Garlic, and you'll be right on your way to finishing these seven new goals.
Very Vermicelli
Serve Spaghetti with Meatballs 20 Times
Collect 8 Bags of Flour
Spice 5 of your Neighbors' Dishes
Your reward for finishing this goal is a new dish, appropriately enough - the Venetian Vermicelli.
Lots o' Linguini
Collect 8 Lemon Slices
Serve Venetian Vermicelli 8 Times
Collect 8 Shitake Mushrooms
Another recipe is up for grabs with this one, in the form of Luigi's Linguini.
Alfredo Nothin'
Serve Luigi's Linguini 12 Times
Collect 7 Heavy Creams
Get 8 Bottles of Olive Oil
And the free recipes keep coming; this time, you'll be rewarded with Fettuccine Alfredo.
Woah, Gnocchi!
Get 8 Russet Potatoes
Serve Fettuccine Alfredo 20 Times
Collect 8 Spring Onions
Another free dish awaits you for finishing this goal: the Gnocchi Gianna.
Maine Event
Serve Gnocchi Gianna 8 Times
Collect 8 Lobster Tails
Serve Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail 40 Times
Another goal, another free recipe. This time, you'll earn the Lobster Stuffed Ravioli for completing this one.
We Can Carbonara
Collect 10 Slices of Prosciutto
Complete the Pasta Maker
Serve Lobster Stuffed Ravioli 12 Times
This goal happens to be the last one in the series, and it also gives you one final dish: Mama's Carbonara. From here, you'll be able to cook all of these dishes from your cafe cookbook on any stove. Appropriately enough, the Pasta Maker just makes the pasta for these dishes, but any cooking will be done the old fashioned way, allowing you to cook as many servings as you'd like, dependent on how many stoves you have in your cafe.
Additionally, it doesn't seem as though these goals differ across users, as they mainly concern cooking the new dishes that we've been given, rather than tons of dishes from past releases. Still, if you see things are different from the way we've listed them here, it's likely all part of Zynga's increased attempt to add variety to the game, and will be entirely normal. No, let's go make some pasta, shall we?
What do you think of these Pasta Maker goals? Would you rather complete more difficult goals and not have to spend time building the Pasta Maker for these recipes, or are you happy with the two-for-one release (of both goals and an appliance)?
